Upon entering into the purchase agreement with the Selling Entity representative you will be provided a written Affiliated Business Arrangement Notice.
If you choose to apply with Advisa Mortgage Services, Ltd., an initial disclosure of all settlement charges will be provided to you within three business days after completed loan application.
