Specifically, the Selling Entity (as defined above), or its affiliate, holds ownership of at least 1% in Brookhollow Mortgage.
Because of this relationship, this referral may provide Gray Point Homes with a financial or other benefit. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO USE Brookhollow Mortgage AS A CONDITION FOR PURCHASE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY OR THE SETTLEMENT OF YOUR LOAN. THERE ARE FREQUENTLY OTHER SETTLEMENT SERVICE PROVIDERS AVAILABLE WITH SIMILAR SERVICES. YOU ARE FREE TO SHOP AROUND TO DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE BEST SERVICES AND THE BEST RATE FOR THESE SERVICES.
Upon entering into the purchase agreement with the Selling Entity representative you will be provided a written Affiliated Business Arrangement Notice.
If you choose to apply with Brookhollow Mortgage, an initial disclosure of all settlement charges will be provided to you within three business days after completed loan application.
